Tolerated well
Easy to take and easy on the stomach. Wanted to supplement with some more basic ingrediants to help with energy and metabolism. Still early in the journey, counting on the fact that I can tolerate the supplement that it is being used by my system.

best b vita complex ever
best vitamins, you can feel the difference. I had an issue with delivery (was never delivered to me), requested a refund and the company sent me a bottle despite it. Will buy it again

Good product I bought it many times
I've been messing with vitamins for years this is one of the best I've taken totally natural all the other ones are chemically based which aren't very good for you

One of the best I found!!
This is one of the best Vitamin B Complex's I found! It has active folate, the right amounts of all the b vitamins I am looking for. It's made from whole foods and it also has probiotics and digestive enzymes! I will definitely buy this brand again!

For myself personally, not a good buy. I didn't find them useful- with my other ones I could tell if I had taken them or not, these I couldn't tell. And the taste was AWFUL, even though you swallow them
