So far, so good.
Just soak and throw in the brown sugar to keep it soft. Hope it works to help prevent wasting the sugar

Doesn't Prevent Brown Sugar From Hardening
Unfortunately, this product does not keep brown sugar from hardening, so it fails to perform its intended function.

Mrs Anderson saved loads of brown sugar!
I thought I'd have to throw out several hard as a rock bags of brown sugar. Amazingly, it softened the hard chunks I added to a half gallon size jar and I'm back to baking with it again!
