been fighting with hardening brown sugar for some time. soaked the disk as directed and put in a jar with a tight lid. a week later, the sugar is still soft. So it's a win.

I wanted the Terra Cotta Brown Sugar Saver to keep the brown sugar from turning hard. It was nicely packaged with instructions on the package on how to use it. The product must be set in water for 15 minutes then patted with a cloth before placing it in the container.

i was struggling with my brown sugar getting very hard quickly. This has made a differnece overall. I do need to use it to mix the brown sugar once a week to keep all of the sugar soft.

So far so good it's keeping the brown sugar soft

It did not keep my brown sugar soft even though I used it as directed. It made the top of the sugar kind of grainy and stiff..
