Mrs. Butterworth's Original Thick and Rich Pancake Syrup, 128 oz.

I was very impressed with the speed that this item was shipped. Sadly the packageing did not survive the journey, so what syrup arrived was unusable. My son said it was sent to him in a plastic bag, no box at all. He is a soldier in Afghanistan and this was to be a Christmas gift for him, so I am somewhat disapointed by the end result. Perhaps shipping in a cardboard box would give better results.

Nothing against syrup because we like it, but it should have been sent separately or packaged better, the pop tarts were smashed and so were two boxed of cereal.

It's a trusted brand that I have used along with other brands thru-out the years. I appreciate the one gallon size as it makes it very convenient. I live in a rural area and its very convenient to order what I can online, especially in the larger sizes. Mrs. Butterworth's original syrup is always fresh and tasty.

This is an excellent buy with the large box of Aunt Jermima pancake. I love Ms Butterworth syrup it taste so good. I would recommend this size because it last long and for me I use it to make fresh peanut brittle as well. Mrs. Butterworth's Peanut Brittle 1 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Syrup 1 Cup Dry roasted nuts 1 tablespoon butter 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda Combine sugar, syrup in quart pan covered and cook for 10-12 minutes on low or medium heat stirring every 2 minutes. When temperature reaches candy temperature of 310-312 about ten minutes add in 1 cup of Dry roasted nuts turn off heat. Stir in margarine or butter and 2 teaspoons of Arm and Hammer Baking Soda. Have a greased pan ready and pour quickly let cool for 1/2 hour. Take a thin tip knife to lift then break into small pieces. Do not use cooking sprays because the aerosols make brittle taste funny. If it sticks to pan then you haven't cooked it to candy temperature and have messed up. Use thermometer next time. I recommend Mrs Butterworth for great pancakes and peanut brittle.

The great taste of Mrs. Butterworth's original syrup brings back fond memories from childhood. I love the size of this bottle and at a great price too! Buy just one bottle and you are set for months of delicious pancakes, waffles, french bread, and whatever else you'd like! I highly recommend buying this syrup at this size. As soon as mine gets low I'll be back for more.

This is an amazing tasting syrup and I love this big jug, I just keep pouring it into a smaller normal container every time I need to know for the price you can't beat it and you always have stock in it when you buy this big

It was extremely convenient to have large quantities of the syrup shipped to my home for a big pancake breakfast fundraiser that we are putting on at our local high school. The only reason it did not exceed expectations, is that the first shipment of 3 bottles had one bottle tipped over and leaking out ... what a mess !! The second group of 4 that shipped was in a smaller box and the bottles were standing so there was no leakage. Other than that, I LOVE the option to have this heavy stuff shipped directly to my home at no additional cost. GREAT GREAT VALUE.

Bottle arrived broken with half the syrup leaked out. Not worth buying a product that isn't packed properly to survive a standard Fedex delivery. Last liquid item I buy from Walmart.
