As crispness as advertised.
I always trust Mrs. Wages' brand to deliver as advertised. So far I have used this canning sliced jalapeños and sliced dill pickles. Both were much crispier than canning without the pickle mix. A jar goes a long way. 1/8 of a tsp for pints and 1/4 tsp for quarts. Will continue to use for crispy pickles and peppers.

Great purchase
This was my first attempt at canning cucumbers and this worked beautifully. The bright green skins were still visible up to 8 weeks later. I'm not sure how long it actually lasts but mine were all eaten by eight weeks.
