Mrs. Wages Pickling and Canning Vinegar, 5% Acidity Distilled White Vinegar for Homemade Pickles and Preserves, 1 Gallon Bulk Jug for Large Batch Canning

I was gathering supplies to do some canning and couldn't find a 5% acid vinegar which is the percentage needed for both canning and pickling. I went to Walmart and went to the canning supplies section. There it was, Mrs Wages 5% Acid vinegar. Should have checked there first. I bought several cases of Mainstay Wide Mouth canning jars, Mrs Wages Kosher Dill Pickle Seasoning quick pickling mix and Mrs Wages Homemade Salsa Mix. So we can say that Walmart and Mrs Wages are the go to's for home canning supplies. Wish you could taste the pickles and salsa! Delish.

So, I use a lot vinegar, for EVERYTHING, Cooking, Pickling, and Cleaning, not to mention killing flies. lol So, when I found this large amount of vinegar for a great price I jumped on it, It's really good, clean taste, and works well. I would recommend this for sure.

white vingar is a must have for a wide varity of things from food to cleaning the build up in washer, streak free windows, screens and uncloging your drains and even boosting your laundry. It creates great pickles too!

It was a good deal. I've used the vinegar both on food, and as a glass cleaner. Both were just what I needed, and there's enough left. I'm sure it would work great for pickling as well.

I have a child with allergies so sometimes i use venegar and baking soda to clean and mop. i use it in my washer to help clean the clothes along with all free and clear. I have also used vinegar and baking soda to unstop drains. we even used baking soda as kids to brush our teeth when we would run out of toothpaste because baking soda and vinegar can be purchased with fs.

I use this for pickling tomatoes, a lot easier than canning them! Works perfectly with the high acidity

great quality and never had a issue with my canning. always end up with fire eggs and veggies afterwards.

Because this was the only household white vinegar available to use for household cleaning, I purchased this item. I am happier with this item than with other of similar items that I have purchased because it seems "smoother." Have not yet tried my hand at pickling, so am unable to review for pickling purposes.

Ordered SAME DAY STORE DELIVERY for 2 one gallon jugs. One gallon arrived overtightened beyond industry torque specifications. The other gallon jug arrived with clear visible signs of safety ring previously separated and resting away from cap. Noticeable amount missing. This is unacceptable! Poor quality control. Lack of quality assurance. I do not recommend allowing Walmart Employees or Sparks Shoppers to select your items. Also, remember to check the expiration dates and sniff items before using. Some of my past items arrived rancid while not expired. Multiple times, this has occurred with different Supercenter locations.
