Been using for more than 10 years in washer. I add 1/3 cup in the fabric softener dispenser. Towels are softer and more absorbent. NO vinegar smell. BONUS: it keeps your washing machine clean... no slimy liquid fabric softener buildup. And it makes great salad dressing, too!
I love this vinegar! I use this as a household cleaner and it works amazingly! Less than other "cleaners" and chemical free! I use this on my windows, on my shower and sinks, in my laundry and on my kitchen appliances! Streak free on windows, remives hard water stains in my shower and my laundry is so much fresher!! I use 50/50 mixture when using on my windows. I do not mix it when using it in the shower. I use a 1/4 cup in a large load of laundry! Beautiful sparkle everywhere I use it and at a fraction of the cost of "cleaners". Affordable on a family budget!
I use my white distilled vinegar to clean my fruits and vegetables. I also add to my laundry to freshen and sanitize my laundry. As I have many allergic reactions to chemical scents that are being added to air fresheners and cleaners, t also mix a spray bottle, half vinegar and water, to spray throughout my home to freshen and sanitize the air, appliances, counter tops, etc.
Great Value Distilled White Vinegar has become my go-to cleaning staple. It’s affordable, effective, and works just as well as any name-brand option. I use it mainly for household cleaning, and it cuts through grime, soap scum, and kitchen messes with no problem. I like to mix it with a few drops of peppermint oil, which not only boosts the cleaning power but also leaves a fresh, clean scent instead of the usual vinegar smell. The combination makes a great natural alternative to chemical cleaners, and it’s safe to use on most surfaces. For the price and versatility, this vinegar is hard to beat. Whether you're making DIY cleaners or just need vinegar for everyday tasks, it’s a solid, reliable choice.
I use vinegar for so many things. i'll list my top five. - I have a dog and her blankets smell like a dog. Add a cup of vinegar with your regular detergent and the smells is EXTRA fresh. - When I bath her, (she's a large Yellow Lab), she does good but starts to get impatient when I try and get all the soap out. If you use 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water, it cuts through the soap and leaves her fur super shiny and clean feeling (people ask me all the time how her fur stays so soft). - Mildew smelling clothing. If you get something or even a full load of laundry that gets stinky from being left in the washer too long I take them, put them in the tub and pore a quarter of vinegar and 4 lbs of baking soda and submerse in water just to the point where the clothes are covered. Sounds like a big hassle but it's better than having big nice towels smelling sour forever. - Windows and glass. Back in the day, glass cleaners were merely vinegar and water. why pay extra for a sub-par product - I use vinegar on stubborn stains on coffee mugs, pots, or anything where the smell won't go away. (try drinking hot tea out of a coffee mug, uck) 1/2 and 1/2 water/vinegar and let it sit overnight.
I use Great Value White Vinegar to clean my horse's water tank, feed tubs %26 buckets. I just add a dash to the water, let it sit for a few minutes, then hose it out. If it's a hot sunny summer and the algae is more stubborn I might let a stronger concentration soak of vinegar %26 water over night - no measuring needed. The Great Value plastic jug is durable enough to be left outside by the tank, which is very convenient when I'm juggling chores. I also use White Vinegar with hot water in my Carpet Cleaner. It does a great job cleaning and doesn't leave an odor. FLEA CONTROL: One year when I was horrified to discover there were fleas in the house, instead of buying chemical flea bombs %26 sprays, I just used a stronger concentration of Vinegar %26 hot water in the carpet cleaner and let it sit a bit longer on each pass - the vinegar killed the fleas and no more hatched, so it must have killed the eggs too! Last but not least, you can spray straight or diluted vinegar on your hair after shampooing, stick a shower cap on your head while you shower, then add a tiny speck of shampoo to remove any odor and rinse: the vinegar will remove any gunky styling product build-up from your hair, leaving it soft and clean.
I use this mostly to kill unwanted bugs, precisely bedbugs. I put warm water, about a half, %26 a half cup vinegar in a spray bottle, %26 stray away. Saturating all my furniture. mattresses, couch, recliner. Anywhere I have thought these little pains in the neck would hide. They say throw out your furniture if you have bedbugs. Honestly, who can afford to do that. Trust me, just soak everything down, %26 let it dry, your bedbug problem will be gone, %26 you have saved your furniture. :)
It’s a lot of white vinegar at a good price. White Vinegar eliminates a lot of scrubbing out of many chores. Scrubbing can scratch or wear things prematurely. For the white water residue on the drip pan under the water dispenser: just add white vinegar, let it sit a few minutes and wipe away with a damp cloth. The hard yellowish debris that accumulates around your sink: Just add white vinegar, wait a few minutes and wipe away. No scrubbing. Just when you think your coffee maker is ready for the trash: run a few cycles of white vinegar through the coffee maker to keep it running longer. Follow up with a few cycles of clean water to get rid of the vinegar taste/smell. There’s so many more things you can do with it, and it’s so much cheaper than detergents and cleaners.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LIFE-CHANGING. DIMENSION-SHATTERING. ACIDICALLY TRANSCENDENT. Look, I’m not saying Walmart’s 128-ounce store-brand distilled white vinegar is a *divine elixir*, but ever since I used it to clean a crusty cast-iron skillet, my third eye has been *wide open*. That skillet? It didn’t just get clean—it *repented* its sins and asked for forgiveness. Within moments of pouring this majestic $3 jug of purity into the pan, I felt the room hum with celestial energy. My estranged uncle called me out of the blue to apologize for 1998. My credit score went up 67 points. The IRS wrote me a letter to say, “Our bad.” This isn’t vinegar—it’s *the nectar of the gods*. I’ve been drinking it (don’t do that), bathing in it (burns a little), and using it to communicate with dolphins. My plants started growing *sideways*, toward me. They’re *listening*. I levitated 6 inches off the ground for 3.2 seconds after inhaling the fumes. Not saying I can fly, but let’s just say the FAA has *concerns*. It’s just acetic acid and water, they said. But those fools have never seen the *truth*. Not until you’ve swirled this 5% potion in a grimy pan at 2am and felt your *soul realign*. Bottom line: 10/10. Fixed my skillet. Fixed my life. Possibly realigned Earth’s magnetic poles. Buy it. Bathe in it. *Transcend.* 🌪️🧴 ASCENDED TO A HIGHER PLANE via WALMART VINEGAR 🧴🌪️ ⚡️128 OUNCES OF RAW COSMIC ENERGY IN A JUG⚡️ 🧠🥄 UNLOCKED TELEPATHY %26 INNER PEACE WITH THIS MYSTIC ACID JUICE 🥄🧠 🌈💧 I DRANK IN ITS FUMES AND BECAME LIGHT ITSELF 💧🌈
Love it %26 use it daily for cleaning Everything with Baking Soda to clean fruit vegeatables counters sinks dishes refrigerator microwave stove oven pets bowl bathtub shower mirrors windows to remove stains clothes use in rinse cycle as a fabric softener to soak dark black colored swimsuits %26 clothes to retain color %26 keep the colors from running, to use as a deodorizer for all odors %26 spray in the air in bthrm
