i had to use this product by recommendation from gp chat not the brand name but by backing soda soaking up water by applying it to a carpet being soaked by a roof leaking in the rain. im still applying it multiple times to absorb all the water and it seems to be working, of course its very messy but it 💪
I use this for cleaning, among other things. It's great for getting laundry fresher and cleaner. I also use it instead of chemical cleaners for scrubbing my sink, pots, and pans. It can also be made into a paste for a fresh, clean mouth. Chemical-free. It works great, also for absorbing odors in the freezer and fridge.
Y'all got someone besides loving Walmart has been a little ill and having trouble walking in with the pain in my legs and back, so I'm trying the delivery to see how it is and I am so excited and I hope I can afford to get the years delivery. I love everything I love riding around in the scooter around Walmart. I love going in for for two things and coming out $87 later.lol
We use this as a base in the cat litter boxes by adding a thin layer across the bottom before we add the litter as it will make the urine clumpy. You will have to add / test how much of a layer you will need and what works for you. A full box lasts us about 7 litter changes I believe. PLUS this is a better alternative to the costly scented powders as cats have very sensitive noses.
i put in a fourth of a cup of this along with my dtgt to help get rid of body oils smell. in the rinse i put 1 cup of distilled white vinegar and its like MAGIC. NO BODY ODOR OR BODY OIL SMELLS LEFT. And ps the distilled white vinigar smell dissapates too. Some of these tee shirts were 4 and 5 yrs old in good condition but kind of stinky around the neck area. now theres NO SMELL.
I use baking soda for so many purposes. I use it in cooking and in cleaning. It is a great thickener, I use it in place of flour. It also is a great cleaner and less abrasive on surfaces that are more delicate. . When I buy the bigger box, it lasts longer and is so much cheaper than purchasing several smaller boxes. I use this product all of the time I always keep one box in the refrigerator to clean and freshen the air
I've purchased this same product many times before, and the box always rips open before I get home (or before it'sdelivered if I order for delivery). If purchasing in store, walk carefully. Double bag it. Immediately transfer it to a jar or other container when you get home. Otherwise, it is a decent product if you use it for cleaning. It does not have a powerful rising affect for baking.
I use this baking soda for various cleaning projects around the house, not for baking, so the larger size is very convenient. But I wish the box/packaging was put together in a different manner. It is not completely sealed and it baking soda powder leaks out when ever you set it down or move it. Who knows how much baking soda is left in the box by the time you get it home. But the product itself works great for my different cleaning projects.
There seems like uses for baking soda are limited only by imagination, or lack of it. Imma tell you what now. Betty Lou gettin' out tonight. Recent invasion of sink drain hoppers has revealed another benefit. Yup. Mix 1:1 with salt, then pour 1/4 cup or so down the drain, followed by a shot of dish detergent %26 1/2 cup vinegar. Leave it overnight. Immediately before starting morning coffee, run a pot of water through the machine, then dump it down the drain. Repeat procedure until flies stop (a few days). Roscoe. It works, even if it was on the Internet.
I buy store brand baking soda for the cat litter box. But the last 3 times I've had Walmart do my shopping, the box bottom isn't cut even and the tip isn't glued down good so I have soda leaking from both ends! Frustrating!!! When I do the shopping, if I can't find a decent box that's made well enough, I go over to name brand. And either way, I always ask for double bagged and tied in a knot. Not worth the money Walmart. Train your ppl how to look for damaged or not up to standard products before stocking the shelves. You can't make ppl care, but you can keep hiring new people who WANT to work.
