It seems very well made and sturdy. I like that I can chill it or heat it.

a really good piece of gear for shift work
this thing does a fantastic job at blocking out light and sound. a little bit too cold coming out of the freezer, but out of the fridge it works really good and doesn't make my head feel like it's going to explode.

Mueller Headache Relief Cap
Putting a gift basket together for my neighbor and she's going to love this for her migraine headaches. I got one for myself and it is absolutely amazing I highly recommend this one

Heftier than Solo
These are smaller but stronger than Solos. I use them a lot for water so I use the same cup over. Solos will split around the rim %26 if you don't notice it the cup will split %26 the contents will spill everywhere.

loses coolness fast but works while it's cool
I use this for headaches and for pain in the back of my neck. Just throw it in the freezer for a few hours, and then you're good to go. however, I rate the 3 stars as I keep my AC in my house at 66°, and this loses coolness within 20 minutes. If it lasted longer, it would be amazing and an absolute five-star review.

this item feels a little tight. wish this was adjustable.

Head squeezer
Bought to replace one from another manufacturer lost when moving. Sorry to say this squeezes my head so tight I think it was stopping the blood flow. Its also a bit heavy.
