Mueller Kinesiology Tape, Precut I-Strip Roll, 20 strips, Blue

I have arthritis in both of my knees and I am a bartender. So I'm standing for 8 hours or more a day. I have tried every brace etc. for relief of pain and nothing worked. When I discovered kt tape my life changed. It gives me tge support I need and I can leave it in for 3 to 5 days at a time, even in the shower. Kt tape is amazing!

I received the Mueller Kinesiology Tape, Precut I-Strip Roll (20 strips) in blue. I had never used kinesiology tape before, so I was a little intimidated by this at first. I'm glad it came with paper directions to show what it can be used for. This tape can be used to help someone with achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, back pain, and carpal tunnel. I get shin splints regularly from running, so decided I would give this kinesiology thing a try on my next run! I read the directions carefully, but I still felt I needed extra help, so I was able to go on YouTube and find a video showing me how to use this tape for shin splints. This actually worked for me! I began researching more uses for this product and it is very versatile. I also learned that this tape can help runners with flat feet (like me), I'm going to try it for that next! I am very satisfied with this product and I will continue to research it's uses.

I tried this product for the first time. I have back daily back pain. I applied to my mid back section. The tape immobilized the area giving that area time to relax and relieved some pain. Then I found an addition use for this product. My dog was biting at the pads on his one paw. I cleaned the paw, put antibiotic cream and then wrapped it with the tape. After a few minutes of tell my pup to leave it, he has not tried to bite the tape off. That is success! To remove, it just peals right off, no pulling on the skin or irritation to the skin. Great product.. will use again amd again!

I prefer this KT tape over other types/styles for planter Fasciitis. There are video's on Youtube to pull up and watch for proper placement, and after the first day it seemed to cut the pain down. It adhered perfectly to the bottom of my foot, but didn't want to stay on very well around my ankles, but that may have been due to residual body lotion from the day before. Make sure your feet and ankles are thoroughly washed and dried before applying this product. I will continue to use this KT tape. Seems to work!

These strips were used for arthritis tendon and joint pain. They are flexible, comfortable and easy to apply. The strips are preferable to a restrictive splint and they came in a lovely blue color! The only con I have is that they begin to curl after washing hands. Overall, I like them!

value! it's not fashion like the football player ware but it does the job.

I loved the design but the support is the point and the fabric of this K Tape is not strong enough for my needs. I need it to feel tight and the material was too thin. I had to use several pieces on top of each other and the top ones started peeling off. If you need tape just for soft support go for it. But if you need a strong hold, go to the original KT Tape.

I received the Mueller Kinesiology Tape, Precut I-Strip Roll (20 strips) to complete an honest non paid review. The kinesio tape strips measure 2”x 10”. Which is a descent length for small areas you intend to tape. The edges at the end are already rounded out for you which I thought was an added bonus. The package also included images and directions for Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, back pain, and carpal tunnel. The tape compares to other brands I've used in terms of material and longevity. I wore my tape for 3-4 days. When the edges would start to come up I would rub the tape quickly to apply friction/heat to increase stickiness. Obviously I would recommend having someone who knows what their doing apply the tape because it takes some expertise. The precut roll is pretty convenient but I think I prefer to custom cut the kinesio tape myself.
