Awesome
My arm is constantly hurting from all the twisting and moving I do during the day. At one point, I could barely use my arm at all. A co-worker suggested this to me and after trying it, I agree. This tape is very well worth it. I'm already on my second roll of tape and a couple of other co-workers have started using it as well.

I don't care if anyone calls these a placebo, they work for me. I wear them on my knees as I've recently found out I have arthritis in them. I love this product. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!
