Would have given 5 stars, but as with most all velcro braces they never line up. The first supporting band always a little wider than the band that goes against your skin. The velcro prickly things are exposed next to the skin and irritating on the second supporting band. I use a piece of fabric to cover the exposed pricklies. The 3rd and 4th adjustable bands are great.

This bad brace was to replace the brace that I got from the doctor. It is very supportive and it stops the back pain by at least 80%. I am so thankful that I found one that was affordable.

it was just wonderful. It helped my back. I wore it all day. I bought two of them so I wouldn't run out, but it was very strong so I think I'll have them for a long time and my give one of them to my grandson an excellent pie.

Somehow I hurt my lower back with outside activities - maybe surfing after many years, and became sore when I assumed certain positions, sitting or standing. The soreness seemed to resemble piriformis syndrome, with sharp pains traveling down both legs, but stopping at the knees. I did find an old wrap I had, and it seemed to help some, but not nearly as supportive as I felt I needed. I googled for quality wraps and came across the Meuller Lumbar Back Brace. The reviews were encouraging. Walmart carried it, but I needed to order it online. I thought it would take a week or so to get it, but it actually arrived at the local Walmart for pickup within a few hours of the same day I ordered it. That was fast. I put the Meuller wrap on and soon realized this was very helpful in relieving any pain or soreness. I felt I also needed to stretch my leg muscles and do some jogging too, and wore the wrap when jogging with encouraging results. My back and legs are doing much better now. Perhaps it was the natural healing of my body, but wearing the wrap during the sore times to get through this sure helped. Oh, I do have a backyard fence to put up, and will certainly keep this wrap handy when I do that outside work.

My job requires heavy lifting and I started having back pain in my lower back, it was worse in the morning. When I started using the Mueller back brace I noticed the difference the next morning, the pain was much less. Within a week there was hardly any pain at all. I should have got this much sooner. Also it arrived 3 days sooner than I was told.

Just be careful which of these you order. There are two of them which seem to be exactly alike but one if much more expensive. Sorry I can't tell you which at the moment... Anyways, so long as you realize what you are buying it's great. I use mine all day...every day...due to back issues. Honestly it does just fine. I don't have any unrealistic expectations about it and, to me, it's better than the ones I tried that were over twice the price. Holds my ice packs fine and I can adjust it as tight as I want. It is also good at being adjustable to the spot I need it....left side of spine, right side, etc... Yes it's disposable...after awhile... but heck, what isn't? Daily use lasts me up to a year sometimes.

I immediately noticed a very plain looking package and the smell of chemicals/medicine which really put me off. This brace is very basic, yet the back pain relief wasnt as the other brace I tested. The difference is the support with this one wasnt all that I needed. I did like that this one sweated less than the first but this was wasnt very comfortable to wear. Mainly because there was no support to the brace. No steel bars, no natural arch, just a back brace. Needless to say I was happy when the 24 hours was over for this one. Not much to say as it didnt meet the needs to buy it. This was the first one ordered and the first to arrive so of course it was the first one tested as I was in a great deal of pain and could barely walk. Upon opening the package I was impressed with how upscale this brace looked (see photos). There were no chemical smells and there was even a folding instructional sheet inside. After looking over the instructions I immedaetli put this one and let me say, it took some adjusting to get it just right. Too tight and it assists the pain. Too loose and it does nothing. So, after finding the sweet spot I started to feel major relief within 30 mins of use. I tested this brace for 24hrs yet took it off to shower and sleep and this one got pretty sweaty so there was the taking off to allow it to breathe so subtract what you must. What I really loved about this brace is the little steel bars that keep the shape to support the back regardless to sitting or moving. Also this brace is very comfortable to wear against the skin as the velcro isnt the typical itchy velcro. I also really loved the design. It is in a ergonomac design to naturally support the back without strain. Breathing deeply was no issue with this one as the nylon is made to move not restrict. The only con is the sweat and the sides would roll up where my back fat is.

This support belt is for people with larger waist. At least it is not for my waist (27"). I was trying to wear the support belt by putting on 5 layers of clothes underneath of it. However, the belt is still too loose for me.

I order the back brace to big and they would let me return it so it just sitting in my drawer at home and am so upset because I have a really bad back and a nurse told recommend it because she brought one. I order it and it was to bad and had a hard time trying to return it for a smaller size and couldn't
