I have some many good things to say about this product. I started wearing it about a year ago for my posture when I was reading, which is a lot. I didn't want to get what they call "text neck". About 8 months ago I hurt my right shoulder in my sleep. My Dr. thought it was my rotor cuff so I started wearing the "harness" (that's what I call it) to the gym so I could keep it from moving around. 3 months ago I pulled a muscle in my back, just under my right shoulder. My "rotor cuff" injury was also on my right side. I am right handed. I started wearing the harness 24/7 to protect my shoulder. After a month of wearing it 24/7 I got up in the morning and started to take it off. As I slide it down my arms my right shoulder popped back into place! I was so out of alignment that my right shoulder had dislocated. It wasn't my rotor cuff at all! I was amazed! I continue to wear the harness most of the day and all night. I figure it's gonna take more time ro get everything where it belongs. I 'm 76 years old and I figure it took many years to get so far out of alignment and it will take time to correct it. This product is the reason that my shoulder is functioning the way it should be.

this is a really good support if you want to get your back aligned again I only reason I gave it four stars is I wish that it fit more on down the back this does work great it gives my neck and back to support that it needs like I said I'll like it a lot I just wish it would have came further on down it's easy to use easy to put on and it's affordable I would recommend using this

to be honest, I expected the adjustment to be possible from both sides simultaneously, but it's only one and it doesn't work for my small frame. I can't even see how the next size up would, because it can't be tightened very well.

Very difficult to try to get on yourself! Even though I measured my chest area it still didn't fit! The Velcro is not long enough to attach! Very disappointing!!

My husband weighs 140 pounds. This one size fits all is false. He is returning today. Mueller is usually a good brand but this purchase is a big failure.

Way too big for women of average size! I wear a size 4-6, and at smallest adjustment, way too big. For MEN not WOMEN

I just wanna know who the genius was that thought this would work? I bought this trash thinking it would fix my posture and back pain, but it just added some armpit discomfort and didn't solve any original problems. Imagine wearing a backpack without the backpack. My back still slouched but with added pressure to the armpits and shoulders. Also why does it stretch? If it's stretchy it's not going to HOLD. Dumb. I'm making a return pronto. Don't buy it. Buncha waste of time, money and materials.

it was a clearly used and returned, not sure it was the original item, flimsy covered in lint, was going to return but was concerned that i would be accused of bait and switch. even though the box that was delivered to me was torn up and pootly taped. no one at the store checked it before sending it out

This item is useless! I thought, at the least, it would remind me to correct my posture but since it's made of a wide elastic in the back it easily gives way to any posture. The tighter I made it the higher it set on my back. Someone else had to cinch it up for me then the Velcro strap was too long with nowhere to put it. Ugh.. it will be more useful to strap on a backpack 🎒

This item was obviously a return, the carton was a mess and there was an arm sling stuffed inside as well. do not understand why this was attempted to be passed off as a new item. since I have no idea where this thing came from I discarded the whole thing.
