Pleasantly surprised by this! The herbal mix is perfect for calming the cramps. I will say the heat function could've been better but overall, a good product.

I get pretty bad cramps during my period, which why I was super excited to use this product! Unfortunately, they didn't work for me. The pad itself was super sticky, and I couldn't change the position once I stuck it on my skin. It felt like a huge bandage, that hurt if I tried to peel it off. I will say it heated up pretty quickly and felt nice to the touch. I also really liked the cute design and color of this patch! I just wished it was a little bit warmer. For me, it just felt warm which gave me a small amount of comfort. It didn't ease much of my pain, and it only lasted a few hours. Overall, I love the idea of these warming period patches, but wish it got a lot more hotter!

Made by women for women? Are we serious? Who wants adhesive stuck to their skin and perfumes aggravating them while on their period?! I got these because my normal heating pads were out of stock, and decided to give them a try not realizing you were meant to stick them to your skin. I decided to use one because I had already purchased them, but when I went to remove it, it literally ripped my skin up with the adhesive and left large wounds on my stomach. To top it off, the heating part is only on a small section in the middle of the pad because of this design, so it hardly does anything. And the "calming essential oils" just aggravate sensitive skin. This is such a horrible product that I literally can not believe that other women who have ever needed period pain relief could have possibly designed these.
