Really the only pain reliever that touches my period cramps, ibuprofen, Tylenol, pamprin, "menstrual pain reliever", etc. I know the ingredients are always similar but for some reason this is the only one that works for me. Been using midol only for over 10 years, highly recommend

This is the only thing I have found that eases my back pain along with Suboxone. BC's hurt my stomach and Tylenol doesn't help at all. The caffeine in these helps the Tylenol work better. Dang sure not a hydrocodone or oxycodone, but if that's not an option, try midol, they're fair.

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter to make her periods more manageable. Midol provides relief from the head and body aches and bloating. My daughter does not need to suffer when we have Midol available for her!
