Works great!!!!
I am past the age of having periods but I use these for cramps related to gas and the bloating related to gas. They work fantastic for that. And these do give me energy!!! But not a bad energy. they just help me get through the day.

Pamprin Maximum Strength Caplets
The Pamprin Maximum Strength Pain Energy Menstrual Relief Caplets are a solid choice for menstrual pain relief. The caplets reduce cramping, bloatedness, and headaches. The caplets are medium sized so trouble swallowing is at a minimum. All in all, a good product to have on hand when needed.

Pamprin is a best mensual cycle relief pills out there. I recommend this to anybody with discomfort and pain.

my daughter has discovered Pamprin works better than all the rest to relieve her symptoms! I've told her so many times that is the only medicine I ever used since I was younger!

Caffeine didnt sit well with me.
I accidentally order this ones instead of the other with no caffeine. So i was at fault for this. I love this brand but this error gave me stomach pain for 10mins straight. So if you are sensitive to caffeine dont buy this one buy their other product with no caffeine.

Sugar pill effectiveness
Desperately underwhelming compared to Midol, including generic. Does not deliver same results expected for purpose of these products. In my opinion, basically worthless. This was a substitute sue to all Midol, including generic form out of stock, and literally couldn't give it way. Thumbs down boo.
