People think these are just for women and they're monthly but now they work much more than that. They help with back pain and also migraines … Works plus this brand works just as good as the name brand and it's my go to first for headaches… I deal with a lot of migraines and I have to take once a month migraine injections and a back up migraine prescription pill. When I feel a headache coming on, I will take these first and most always it gets rid of my headaches before they turn into something big and there has been times in the past that I do not have the prescription migraine medicine and the headache is bad and these have worked. I will pick these over Excedrin to me they work better and faster.

me and my husband have used this product for years. we both suffer from arthritis and we're on pain medication for years. we tried them all and they'd always work good at first, but after a few days, the didn't work as well and you'd have to take more for any relief. so we gave all the pain pills up after years of trying to get relief and playing the pain management games. I would use these when I had menstrual problems and it would help me with cramps. so I figured try for arthritis. I was on flexiril muscle relaxers and started adding this with the relaxer and I was getting pain relief. so my hubby tried and he started feeling better also. we tell everyone suffering to try it. he was a bit hesitant to try as it's for women, but once he tried it he hasn't looked back. hope the combo works for you too.

This great value brand worked really great for my menstrual cramps and bloating. I do recommend it and for the half the price of the name brands it works just as great.

As a nurse, I do recommend. I've used this medicine for years and it works well. Since it has caffeine, it does make you feel more energetic to fight the pain.

These are better than the name brand by far, in my opinion. (For menstrual pains)… I had the worst cramps I've never had in my life this last week, and nothing was working. For the first time in my life, I actually cramped IN MY SLEEP! I don't know how to describe the feeling, but just pray you never have to figure it out for yourself. It was getting unbearable. I tried every medicine in our cabinet, a heating pad, you name it I tried it. Again, my time of the month generally isn't like this… I rarely even have cramps, unless there may be minor ones, so I'm not sure what's up with my body right now. anyway, I finally ordered some of these, and they took the pain away within an hour. I have never felt such relief in my life, therefore I am beyond happy to leave this review — in case someone else is experiencing the same thing. 5 stars and beyond!

I am not sure about the new formula but it was the best pain reliever. it worked better than anything else, waiting to see if it is still the same

I get these for my neice for menstrual pains because they don't make her drowsy. she can go to school cheer practice. She's been known to take them for a cold as well and scratchy throat.

Great for pms pain and back pain in general. This medication really stand up to the name brand. No skipping on quality. I recommend trying it and not only for lady pain.

For me and my daughter works very well, relief of symptoms compared to the brand name are the same, I don't need to spend the extra money on the name brand. Easy to take, there's no bad taste to the caplets

I may have chosen a four * for taste ONLY cuz one ought to swallow the two caplets in the dose as quickly as possible so you don't have to taste it!!! LoL otherwise it's Great for menstrual pain and headaches. thank y'all
