ThermaCare Menstrual Cramp Pain Relief Heat Wraps, 4 Ct

We use these a lot for a little extra comfort during the month. The warmth lasts for so long and it really helps with the pain. The tabs keep the patch stuck in place all day and I don't have to worry about it sliding around or leaving a residue on my skin. I'm allergic to adhesives and have had no problem wearing these.

I use these in combination with midol during my period and they are a life saver. I get instant relief and they are comfortable to wear on the go when a heating pad isnt an available option.

Can't live without these! I've used ThermaCare Heat Wraps for many years and I'm amazed at how quickly they work and they last several hours! They are easy to apply and remove, no tugging the skin. My family uses them for various reasons including menstrual cramps, back/neck/shoulder pain and even before a lab draw to help “bring the veins to the surface”. They are convenient and much cleaner than a messy gel or cream product. Would definitely recommend.

Likes- provides 8 hours of heat and is the right size. Dislikes- takes a good 30 minutes to activate-need to plan accordingly. Can stick to your body if very sweaty.

They're really nice for on the go if you don't have a portable heating pad or if it dies they stay hot for a good amount of time i think the could be good for your back as well

This is my fourth purchase of Thermacare menstrual heat patch wraps from this company. I have always suffered from painful menstrual cramps during that time of the month and remember when this brand was introduced on the market in the early to mid 2000s. This product does what it says it will do. It heats up within 5-10 minutes and it is convenient to have in your medicine cabinet as it acts as a portable, easy to use alternative to a hot water bottle or the wearable electronic menstrual heating belts. I prefer this product as a mother of three children who is always busy. This is ideal for young menstruating girls as well as the wrap is long enough to cover the area where the uterus is contracting. If you are looking for natural ways to alleviate your monthly menstrual cramps, consider this as well as arnica montana gel and/or supplements as well. I have no complaints with this product. I do wish that they sold this in a huge bulk box though. Thank you to this company for having this in stock when I need to refill.

Thermacare Menstrual wraps are a total godsend!! I have literally been using them for over 2 decades and CANNOT imagine life without them!! I have ALWAYS suffered from excruciating menstrual cramps and use an electric heating pad at home but while out…I ALWAYS use Thermacare Menstrual wraps. The heat is SO soothing and super easy to use…just stick to the inside front of your panties. The heat is just the right amount…not TOO much and lasts at least 8 hours. I also have a chronic stomach issue so will even use these when that pain flares up and I need to go out. While there ARE many competitors of the Thermacare Menstrual wraps…save your money!! NONE of them compare to quality and effectiveness!! I have tried and they are ALL a big thumbs down 👎 If you suffer from bad menstrual cramps OR any chronic stomach pain…I highly recommend buying the Thermacare Menstrual wraps. You will be VERY happy 😃 you did!!

These stay warmer than other brands like Midol and Rael. They are more cost effective and bigger in size. I'm a medium and they reach both of my ovaries! It sticks well and doesn't fall off. I can even move it around and it will stay sticky. When it's out of stock I buy Midol, but I prefer these. Please don't buy them all, leave some for the rest of us suffering in feminine agony!

A portable heating pad! Lasts 8 hours. Not bulky. Used for years. Highly recommend.

I have kidney disease and have been told to stop with the Salanpas large hot patch so I'm trying these. This product doesn't get hot enough, I wore one all day and literally forgot it was on because it didn't heat up. I am limited as to what products I can use and was really hoping these would work.
