We use these a lot for a little extra comfort during the month. The warmth lasts for so long and it really helps with the pain. The tabs keep the patch stuck in place all day and I don't have to worry about it sliding around or leaving a residue on my skin. I'm allergic to adhesives and have had no problem wearing these.

They're really nice for on the go if you don't have a portable heating pad or if it dies they stay hot for a good amount of time i think the could be good for your back as well

Bigger and better than other brands
These stay warmer than other brands like Midol and Rael. They are more cost effective and bigger in size. I'm a medium and they reach both of my ovaries! It sticks well and doesn't fall off. I can even move it around and it will stay sticky. When it's out of stock I buy Midol, but I prefer these. Please don't buy them all, leave some for the rest of us suffering in feminine agony!

Makes a huge difference!
These are my go to every month ! They really do stay hot for 8 hours and allow me to get a better rest at night and go about my day to day routine . The only downside is that I wish more packets came in a box and they are also sometimes hard to find because they work so well they often will sell out quickly .

Worked great(ish)! Still Good!
These work great, but I will say if you're using these for period cramps I've found the back version of this product gets warmer and holds its heat better. This product is still good if you're looking for a mild warmth.

Works for when you can't use a heating pad, but a heating pad is going to be the best option
