yes. many times I buy off brand products when quality is the same as name brand, but I always buy Midol namebrand because it works perfectly the way it's formulated. my period cramps aren't bad, but it does make my lower back ache. two of these work fast and last a long time. knocks out the dull pain. this 24pk for less than $7 is a deal. it'll get me through periods between 6m - a year. highly recommend.

Really the only pain reliever that touches my period cramps, ibuprofen, Tylenol, pamprin, "menstrual pain reliever", etc. I know the ingredients are always similar but for some reason this is the only one that works for me. Been using midol only for over 10 years, highly recommend
