Mixed this with Chamomile tea and a few other ingredients for to aid in the healing of pneumonia in the lungs using as a cough suppressant and other beneficial substances helped very much with this illness.

At first it feels like phlegm gets worse; but, it's just breaking up the congestion in your lungs. After about a week you can really tell it's helping!

Refund allergic to elderberry
the main problem with Walmart u blow up picture to read ingredients so I bought anyway. I have a lung problem but one of the ingredients which I couldn't read online now can't take I am allergic to elderberry makes turmours grow. Refund please I will have to give away.
