Munchkin® Milkmakers® Lactation Drink Mix for Breastfeeding Moms, Berry Lemonade, 14 Pack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lactation drink could not have come at a better time, I've recently felt my supply dropping, so this supplement has been a lifesaver. It's full of the things my body needs to keep producing for my baby. The drink itself is a tart berry lemonade and I preferred it best cold, on ice. The package sizing is perfect to take on the go or exactly portioned out for a glass at home. Overall, I'm pleased with the taste and added benefits of this drink mix!

Not the gteatest flavor, but in my favorite coconut water, juice, limeade or fruity smoothie delicious!! Definitely does the job when power pumping(power hour) to store more milk for baby! i love EVERYTHING by Munchkin Milkmakers! keep it up Mommas!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have got Munchkin's lactation drink as I am breastfeeding my 4 month old baby boy , I have tried the drink mix , it's so easy to make . I enjoy cold drinks more as I'm in California and it's so hot here . I put iced water in the glass and just mixed with munchkin lactation mix powder, it was so easy to make just stir and it's ready . I like it cause you can make with hot water too . I was drinking once a day , and I like and enjoy the taste to much , it has so refreshing taste , and I could feel some fresh berries and lemon taste in the drink . I like it so much , so fresh and tasty . Easy to drink and so enjoyable. Overall , I love the munchkin lactation drink mix and giving a good recommendation.

I only gave it a 4/5 rating because of the taste. It has an aftertaste that I’m not too fond of.. reminds me of a Splenda packet in a way but that may just be me. I’ve been able to drink it down because I mix it in the water, then I add it to the freezer til slushy like consistency. It’s not too bad when it’s super cold. IMO: it works better when you drink it at night. By the time I wake up in the morning my breasts seem fuller than when I don’t drink it. They also leak more throughout the night if I don’t wake up to pump.

The flavor of this drink is awesome! And what's more is that it certainly helps to brink on the milk! My only challenge with this is that is makes me and my baby gassy, so i have discontinued its use. If you and your little one are sensitive to the ingredients in this drink, i would not recommend it. But for what it's worth, try it out. I was desperate to increase my milk supply so my baby wouldn't need to supplement with formula, and this did help me along with coconut water.

Taste is good and I like to think it helps my hydration on days I struggle to drink the amount of water I should while nursing.

The taste itself is not bad. It's more of a water down taste if you put the whole 10 ounces of water it states but overall pretty good. It's more of just a water enhancer and I noticed it doesn't really do anything for my milk supply.

Tastes okay, has an aftertaste. Breastfeeding mom, made me start bleeding after the first drink. Throwing this in the trash.
