Great for both tiny or arthritic hands!!
My hands are damaged from an autoimmune disease and arthritis. I can't hold onto small or thin items. We purchased two brands before this one. I'm the one making the mess feeding baby. I drop them a million times and it increases the pain in my hands immensely. Babies also have a hard time grasping little items. These spoons are a winner for both of us!! Definitely chunky and easy to grasp. They are also priced very well which is a plus! I hope this review helps another mom/dad or granny/grampa with hand issues.

Mostly great item after strokes.
I'm an adult but have serious medical stuff and have had strokes that make eating difficult. This brands are my favorite because their easy to hold but in every pack there's like one or two that don't wash well and you have to throw away because they get holes in the spoon side of the material and it is not from chewing on it if you see that because I don't do that haha. I tried non plastic and few other kinds intended for ot but they weren't balanced well and made eating harder. Especially true with the ones with real tiny tips and monster handles.
