It's great to have some low carb snacks! They are non-GMO and don't have erythrol or malitol - they used Allulose as the sweetener. My digestive system gets problems with erythritol and malitol, so I am so happy to finally have some Keto snacks I can eat! They work great for meal substitution when you don't have time for a meal.

These low carb bars taste better than a regular candy bar. I love nuts and dark chocolate and that is exactly what this is. They are a little more expensive than what I would normally pay for a snack but I save these for when I want something special. I highly recommend them for a special healthy low carb snack.

I love the nuts and seeds in this. Texture is fantastic! I love the carmel one a bit more, but the dark chocolate is great too. I buy both and because of the texture I skip the other flavors.

Love these and just about all the Munk Pack protein bars. Tasty and little effect on blood sugar. Filling enough for a meal replacement. I keep one at work and several at home.

I'm a Keto gal, so finding a good tasting keto snack is great. I usually cut these bars in half for a snack. They are tasty and have a good crunchy texture with the nuts. The small amount of chocolate rounds out the taste. They are not too sweet which I like.

When I first bought this package I wasn’t sure I was going to like it but I love the taste of this product. However, I wish they would lower the sodium content so it’s a little healthier.

I was about to buy these because they marketed on using Allulose, but if you check the ingredients they use Rice Flour which is not Keto friendly. I mean duh, it's made from rice! Very Sneaky. I'm not willing to risk my ketosis. SureKeto.com : Rice Flour is not keto-friendly because it is high in carbs. It may kick you out of ketosis even with a small serving size.
