Birch Benders Keto Carb Friendly Pancake & Waffle Mix, 10oz

I eat keto because I get bad heartburn and inflammation from sugar and carbs. This is carbs but I don't feel bloated and my heartburn isn't as bad. I get tired of eating like a rabbit. So I'm grateful that my body can process this without so much pain.

As a type-2 diabetic, I am always looking for new food items that I can add to my meal list that are low carb and will not raise my blood sugar. The keto version of this mix is great. I use it mainly to make waffles which when paired with sugar free syrup tastes great and does not raise my blood sugar levels at all. I also like to add pecans and pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to the mixture to increase the flavor. And to change it up sometimes I also add peanut butter to the top. This is a great product.

As a diabetic I cannot eat sugar and carbs, this pancake mix (which is hard to find!) is the best brand I have found. Sometimes if I am feeling a little fancy I will add some sugar free chocolate chips, or maybe a tiny drop of vanilla, but it really tastes very "normal".

These keto pancakes are delicious! As one living a low-carb lifestyle, it is great to be able to make pancakes for my family and be able to enjoy fluffy, light pancakes and do so without the guilt. I used to have to make them from scratch but I was unable to achieve the light and fluffy texture. I use a griddle to cook my pancakes on. Is there any other way? LOL!

My family and I love birch benders pancake and waffle mix. We eat a keto diet and this is a fantastic option. I would recommend it to anyone that eats keto or gluten-free. We have purchased it multiple times. I have even turned the lid into blueberry muffins and they were amazing!

I have bought this product at least six times! I absolutely love the taste and the quality of the ingredients in this package. I never feel guilty eating these and I look at them as a treat. I usually top with organic maple syrup and they are divine, highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of the pancake. I think it's a great substitute for a regular pancake if you're on a Keto diet . Didn't feel like I was missing out by substituting. Only down side is I think it is too pricey for amount in bag

I've been avoiding grains (including flour made from grain) and sugar, so I hadn't been eating pancakes for about 5 years. I've gotten used to the texture of almond flour and I can't even say this has a different texture, in my opinion. Directions say to let the mixed batter sit for 2 minutes, and I did wait maybe 3 minutes before spooning it onto my pan. Medium heat was a bit too high on my stove so I'm going to try a lower temperature next time I make these, but we really enjoyed them. You just add water so this is extremely fast and easy to make.

I was really craving a pancake, but I'm trying to get off my sugar pills, so I went searching for a healthy recipe and came across these. If you really need a pancake, you should try these with some maple grove farms sugar-free syrup. you will not be disappointed. The taste and texture are almost spot on. Kind of expensive, but sooo good!

It's hard to get the traditional fluffy texture of “real” pancakes from gluten free flour. These Birch Benders pancakes comes very close. Their taste is outstanding and the way they brown in the pan produces a picture perfect pancake! The aroma of them baking makes the morning for me.
