Very fluffy. Very tasty. Easy to make/cook on skillet. You can use less water, less milk %26 less egg, for smaller portions. No mag, no folate, no b6. Gluten free. You can add whatever you need on the side or on top. i topped with Sugar free Cashew butter, hulled pumpkin seeds %26 topped with raspberries. These were really good. Good as a snack too.

First off, I will say, I am not gluten-free. However, I do have family who are. I bought these for Mother's Day brunch that I was making at my house. Honestly, the pancakes were just as tasty as the regular Krusteaz pancakes (I am a Krusteaz loyalist when it comes to pancakes). I would absolutely recommend these for those looking for a GF alternative that doesn't sacrifice flavor.

I love pancakes! I used to love Cracker Barrel's pancakes. These are so light and fluffy! At first, when making the batter I thought they were going to have a gritty texture. Not at all. I like these better than the original Krusteaz. Keep your gluten! These are mine!

Being Gluten free does not mean you have to give up your favorite indulgences...or flavor. we dont want to eat stuff that tastes like cardboard. This brand is one of the best for both gluten free and regular. I always keep it on hand. Yes, buy it!

These are very tasty and have more food value than most gluten, free pancake mixes. you can make them thick and fluffy or thin and flat. Either way tastes great!Good price.

These pancakes are new and improved. The flavor is great throwing some fresh blueberries and use almond milk instead of water and you'll really have a delight. Thank you all for an excellent product.

I would give it a 5-star BUT while it is gluten free and excellent - the FINE PRINT states MADE IN A FACILITY that processes WHEAT! I have one family with CELIAC who can't take that chance. Celiac can be deadly and can cause organ failure and cancer. One member eats it but the other cannot! Please make in a gluten/wheat free facility! Thanks.

For some reason they went and changed the amounts of each ingredient. It used to be 1 cup water, 1/3 cup milk and one egg but now they changed it and instead of cakey pancakes they now taste like sponges! Yuck. I'm giving 3and 4 stars bc if you stick to the old recipe they are delicious. But if you don't know the old recipe and follow the ingredients as is now, you'll get sponges for breakfast and that's no bueno.

The waffles were falling apart and also too dense. I make waffles frequently with Bob's Red Mill, and get light, perfect waffles. King Arthor also does well. This mix just doesn't even come close. These were so dense that we didn't finish our breakfast and I threw out the remaining mix in the box.
