Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, 22 oz

My husband is new to celiac disease. I love that Bob's red mill one to one flour allows me to use my existing recipes that he likes. And most of the recipes so far he noticed no difference in flavor or consistency. As with all gluten-free products it is a little pricey, so I stock up when it's on sale.

You can use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free flour as a substitute for any of your wheat flour recipes like cookies and cakes but for recipes calling for yeast, as in bread making it does not perform well. It is also not advised to use it in a bread maker when making gluten-free bread. Measuring in grams and using a food scale will give you better results.

Used to make pizzelles for friends who are gluten free. Tasted perfect just as it would with regular flower. Well worth it. Will buy again. Friends loved the pizzelles and were grateful for gluten free treat.

You have issues with gluten, even though I can have a little, but I try not to. This mix has made it so easy. It's just one to one so there's no trying to figure out measurements. Nothing comes out. Great I use it for pancakes frequently.

For those who are on the gluten free express Bob's Red zmill gluten free baking flower is close to the taste, smell of normal enriched flower. the texture is a bit finer tho. the best replacement I have found. makes excellent cookies.

I use this gf flour as a substitute in all of my baking ( not yeast dough items) cookies, bars, brownies- they all turn out great. I just follow the regular recipe and sub this. Also makes the best gf waffles and pancakes. Don't buy box mixes please. It's a waste of money.

I am well pleased with products and process

it left a flowery aftertaste but maybe I didn't use enough oil even though I used what the recipe said for regular flour with the oil so I will try this again cuz I like this brand I've used this brand for years just not the gluten-free flour so I'll give it another try

This was my first time buying gluten free baking flour and it didn't disappoint. I made banana walnut muffins and they were amazing and super moist. The whole family loved them. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this product.
