Betty Crocker Bisquick, Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix, 16 oz

My daughter has a gluten allergy and I make a delicious strawberry shortcake using Bisquick and it is one of her favorite items. This gluten-free version taste almost identical to the flower version and has a wonderful texture. I have also made biscuits out of it, and it was very good. My daughter loves this product as a gluten-free option.

Hands down, the best gluten free pancake mix I've ever tried, and I've tried them all since I found out I have celiac in 2006. Plus, this mix also makes biscuits!

Bisquick Gluten-free is a great product. We have enjoyed it so much we buy gluten-free bisquick all the time. We were only using for a gluten free granddaughter but we love it now.

I rarely give items 5 stars, but this was pretty easy to follow. I used the chicken strip recipe to make baked/breaded fish that was really good. I also made pancakes, replacing 2 tbsp of oil w/ 2 tbsp flaxseed meal, and using 1 tbsp of olive oil. I also added blueberries. I also folded in an egg white at the last minute before cooking to ensure fluffiness. My roommate said they were the best pancakes she ever had! Success...

Before Celiac came to our home I used Bisquick a lot and I've missed it. I was somewhat skeptical when I heard about this product, but every recipe I have tried has been a hit! Best pancakes ever and lemon squares that melt in your mouth. The boxes are small and have only 2 1/2 cups per box. But I think that's like anything else...you always want more of the good stuff! Only can eat Gluten Free Pancakes %26 Waffles. Like this brand only problem the pancakes after mixing are so thin almost looks like a crepe. Picture on box is enlarged pancakes don't come out like picture. I still buy Bisquick price is okay, I put jelly on my hot or cold pancakes it's good.

not a fan of rice flour being used as a gluten-free alternative. perhaps they should use almond flour or another substitute that doesn't make some of the driest baked goods you've ever eaten in your life.

This mix is just ok. Does not taste like the OG Bisquick. The biscuit recipe is legit tho. The pancake recipe isn't. It's very bland. Add a TSP of vanilla extract and it helps but this isn't the best. Very small amount in box for price. Maybe 2 meals if you're lucky.

I purchased a couple boxes and when I dropped them into the broth everything just fell apart like no dumpling at all was more like polenta in soup broth. I tried 3 different times thinking it was something I did wrong but it did it every time.

It was absolutely disgusting! I am not a picky person either. The taste and texture were horrible! I was so disappointed, especially bc gf products are so expensive. I would recommend Pamala's gf pancake mix. Its delicious.
