They do help you just have to remember to take them. I have bad leg cramps and I forgot I had ordered some, thought I was out! I had put them in another place and found them the other day and I got back on them and I am glad to say the cramps are getting better.

This supplement relieves multiple symptoms. I have sleep problems and a shoulder problem and it's helped with both. I've been able to cut down on Ambien, and have completely stopped taking ibuprofen and Tylenot. Works very well in my case.

not bad when you're in a pinch!
they work pretty good while I was in a pinch! Ha! ya get it?!? All things considered, I bought these as a last resort because they were delivered in 4 days instead of waiting for my doctor's appointment which was in about 2 weeks in order to get a refill on my prescription muscle relaxers upon my visit. unlike what the directions say so, I wouldn't suggest using them for getting any sleep. it didn't quite get it.
