Really like this product. The price at Walmart was pretty good too. I used this during my 10 week High-intensity total-body cycle of training. It's probably the only reason I could get through my 60 to 70 min. sessions. I used 2 servings prior to my workouts which contain close to 400 mg. of caffeine. You definitely don't want to take this during evening hours or you end up like me, in bed, wide-eyed, staring at the ceiling at 2 am. Taste was pretty decent with no chalky aftertaste. All in all, one of the better pre-workout formulas I have tried in the las 2 years,

Pretty good stuff, mixes easy, and doesn't taste bad. I do a double dose and a few mins later you can feel that little itch lol

I've tried others. This one seems to be the one that works best for me. After a 12 a long hour shift. A serving of this and I'm ready to workout and then keep going the rest of the day.

Great Pre-workout my husband and I both love the boost in stamina we get and drive to push harder. The flavor is yummy too.

size misleading

This tastes so bad. The effects are there, but I have never had a pre that I despise taking it. I hope that I never have a preworkout that tastes this bad. Nice for price, not at all for taste.

The flavor of this product is horrible. It tastes like a liquid antibiotic medicine. get the blue razz flavor instead, much better.
