Really like this product. The price at Walmart was pretty good too. I used this during my 10 week High-intensity total-body cycle of training. It's probably the only reason I could get through my 60 to 70 min. sessions. I used 2 servings prior to my workouts which contain close to 400 mg. of caffeine. You definitely don't want to take this during evening hours or you end up like me, in bed, wide-eyed, staring at the ceiling at 2 am. Taste was pretty decent with no chalky aftertaste. All in all, one of the better pre-workout formulas I have tried in the las 2 years,

no jitters. no drowsiness when product wears off!

Pretty good stuff, mixes easy, and doesn't taste bad. I do a double dose and a few mins later you can feel that little itch lol

I've tried others. This one seems to be the one that works best for me. After a 12 a long hour shift. A serving of this and I'm ready to workout and then keep going the rest of the day.

Great Pre-workout my husband and I both love the boost in stamina we get and drive to push harder. The flavor is yummy too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This muscle tech pre workout powder is crazy good! It does Give you the energy you need to push through an insane workout. The powder was easy to mix with water. No clumps and taste really fruity and tropical. It has this ingredient called Beta-Alanine. You can feel the itchiness as soon as you start drinking. If you never had pre workout before, be very careful. The effects can last even after your workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used quite a few Muscletech products and this is, by far, my favorite. The flavor is amazing - it reminds me of a beachside cocktail. It is effective! And the product's claim of giving you “explosive energy” is accurate. The only downside is it takes a while to process through the body and the results are long lasting which can cause some late night insomnia.

This tastes so bad. The effects are there, but I have never had a pre that I despise taking it. I hope that I never have a preworkout that tastes this bad. Nice for price, not at all for taste.

The flavor of this product is horrible. It tastes like a liquid antibiotic medicine. get the blue razz flavor instead, much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband since he always wants to try new products so his body doesn't get used to always using the same one. He said Vapor X5 was easy to mix with water and tastes really good. BUT, his heart rate went up like crazy and he said he felt like he was about to have a heart attack. Not good! Pre workout powders are nothing new to him, he knows how he normally reacts to them but this is not good. Obviously he won't be able to use this, because he doesn't want to feel like this again. It might work for other people without having the side effects but it's not for him.
