we bought two of these. Actually have to return one which I'll do next. But easy to put together. Very good instructions. We were able to get it into our basement which is why we bought it. Very comfortable.

This chair looks great in the website photos. BUT! Check the measurements, I did not. This chair is ok for an adult but more like a big kids chair. Comfy yes. Returnable? They make it impossible once you have gotten it out of the box! Check the measurements to see if this is what you're really looking!

Thought this chair was better quality, the ottoman is better than the chair. It might be ok for a child's room but not comfortable for a full sized adult. If you plan on sitting in this chair for a short period of time or just need added seating for guests this might be the chair for you. If your child or teen needs a chair for their room, or a game room, this might be the chair for you.

The chair picture is larger than the chair you recieve! It comes in a box and is all packed inside the ottoman!!! The back of the chair is very low, see pictures. It is only 26" high. While out other normal sized furniture backs are 33-36" high. The arms are low and pilow tops are flimsy. We had to repack the back cushion and add stuffing just to sit in it!!! I would give this a zero if I could!!!

Does not look like picture , cushion for the back is not a cushion can feel the hard back of the chair. Chair is not comfortable to sit on. Legs did not fit evenly once assembled chair is lopsided and Muumblus said they will not return or fix since all legs are equal in size. Even sent picture of chair off the floor and they stated appears floor is tilted.

Chair is very little in height. small chair doesn't fit as normal furniture.

The quality is very poor…. And so am I so this chair iam stuck with. Left side fabric arm.. so shoved mailing in box that it won't close, and it not straight.,, looks Ugh. . On SS living with family.. is not conducive to get a new chair so quickly.,., the dollar must stretch…. Color is great Footstools nice Pillow an extra Also the seat of the chair has aboard plank…. And let me tell you. It's like sitting on a very hard lump….

This looked so much better in the picture! It came with no instructions. I paid the extra money to have it put together so they had to figure it out. The pillows are so flimsy and never fluffed up. The foam is hard and the chair is uncomfortable. Terrible and cheap! To return it you have to disassemble it and put it back in the original box. Not worth all the work so they give you a little bit of money refund to keep it.

I never recieved my order and am having to fight with the manufacturer to get a refund. It looks really nice and I wanted the chair , but, the delivery vendor(fed ex) delivered it to the wrong address the first time, then never delivered it the second time. I feel like fed ex is the problem. I do not recommend ordering this chair inline to be delivered. I'm very disappointed!

customer service was awful. we were unhappy with the chair and wanted to turn it. every day at 11:30 pm there was a damand on what to do next to send the chair back. they actually said ithey would be sending only one label to return tge chair because the chair came to me in one box vavuumed sealed and we had no means to vacuum seal. then they wanted video of chair and pictures, then they offered me 50.00 if i kept the chair. i had to go to walmart customer service (Richland, Wa) whom were very helpful to help me deal with the midnight customer service terrorist. we got it all straightened out then again midnight came and she socked me with a restocking fee. every time i turned around there was a news demand from Elena. i do not recommend buying the chair and warranty its a 3rd party from Walmart because of the awful Customer Service Representative Elena. the experience was Horrid
