This took me 3hrs to put together and the couch looks fine but they sent me the wrong color for my order and customer service takes way too long to resolve this issue. I've been going back and forth about wanting the correct covers and still nothing has been done.

Wasn't the color I picked I'm very disappointed

Not the “funnest” thing to put together. although do-able, the instructions were a bit confusing and had to wing it a couple times. The worst part though is the boards that sit under the cushions to hold you. they constantly slip off the ledge and result in the couch caving in and if you're sitting on it, you end up falling onto the floor. and very disappointed about this. This is unacceptable for the price I am paying for this sofa. will have to find alternative ways to fix this problem because they provided the couch with cheap boards that do not hold any weight over 50 lbs max.

Very difficult to put together and came with no instructions…

After setting up the couch the picture is different from what I received. Missing parts to the couch. The picture show a solid fabric and all put together. You have to set up the couch and put the covers over the parts.
