My Texas House Perry Extendable Dining Table in Warm Brown Finish

First thing I noticed was it was packaged very well for shipment. Super easy to assemble with just screwing legs on. The ease of taking the leaf in and out is great. Very sturdy and expensive looking when put together. Great for a smaller dining room. I paired with TX House dining chairs and it is perfect! Highly recommend this table .

I am so pleased and impressed by this table. All wood, tough satin finish, great stain color for transitional decor, and impressive legs. No damage, quick ship, and not difficult to assemble. Comparable to tables I considered over $1000 dollars. What’s not to like? Highly recommend.

I relied on others reviews to make my decision on purchasing this table. I wasn’t disappointed! Arrived at my from t door via FedEx within 3 days. Packed amazingly well (my recycle bin full x 2) and legs were easy to put on with provided nuts/bolts and little screwdriver thing. It’s a HEAVY table and would be hard for just one person to handle. Great quality for price paid. Hoping to find some chairs to match better than what I have.

I'm pretty picky. This table is beautiful and way better than I could have imagined. I got the warm brown. It is not orange color like someone had commented. It is a beautiful oak with a light brown tint to it. It's deeper than natural oak. The table was super easy to put together. I am a 70 year-old woman. It took 8 screws to get the legs on and it came with a little ratchet tool to screw them in. It also comes with a matching marker in case you scratch it someday. Yes, I did need another person to flip it upright when I finished. It comes with a leaf which is easy to install when needed. The packaging was extra sturdy and there were no marks on the table. I am totally delighted with this table. For under $500, you can't beat the quality.

Based on the pic it looked nice but couldn't tell how sturdy it was. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. And, well, the table? GORGEOUS!! Highly recommend.

I was really nervous ordering this online but I am shocked at how sturdy and beautiful this table is in person. It's very heavy and solid. No damage and feels like it can last a really long time. Great buy for the price!

The most amazing table! The value and quality is unmatched! I got the table and 6 chairs for under $1k! It is also perfect for a smaller dining area. You can seat 6 people without going near doorways or walkways! Highly recommend

It gets water damage SO EASILY!! I wonder if mine was defective or something. If you have kids, I'd look at another table. Besides that, no complaints on this beautiful but not functional table. Assembly was a breeze! I've had it for 2 months btw.

Collapsed as soon as we put the leaf in and tried to close it. It came with the leaf mechanism cracked but we replaced the screws to try and fix it and it still didn’t work. Looks great but poor quality.
