I've used this product before and am extremely happy with it.
Perfect for new braces
I don’t like the buttons on it. They are extremely sensitive and can easily be triggered accidentally. The main problem with that is it can change the speed or pulsing right in the middle of flossing. I use the soft setting which means I could injure my gums on the higher settings. I also don’t care for the reservoir opening. It is difficult to empty and fill. It never gets quite full or completely empties. I’m afraid, over time, it will cause a mold problem which I’m not ok with. The reservoir is also not quite big enough to finish the job without a refill. The color is nice and I like the water temperature feature. It also holds a charge for a long while, so far. I also appreciate the swivel feature on the brush head.
