I got this kit for my daughter to use after she got her braces off. Her teeth weren't all that bad. The directions say to use it daily for 10 days or something to get the best results. Her teeth look clean but I'm not sure how many shades whiter they are because she isn't all the way through the 10 days yet. It is easy to use though. There's a timer to let you know when your session is done. I would recommend this product.

Very happy with this kit - Did not experience any irritation because of the PAP gel. I focused mostly on the side teeth rather than the front because I'm trying to make improvements on side stains - My dentist said there's an improvement after using the kit. Will be either repurchasing this one or buying the PAP refills in the future. I'd consider my teeth became 2 "shades" whiter after all the treatments; skipped the final treatment - will probably use it once more before my next dentist appointment. Be sure to rinse and dry the bite guard as much as possible. Overall great product - love that it has more of a bite guard than the other companies that make these UV / LED kits (most focus on front teeth only), so it certainly gives the flexibility of brightening your teeth all-around rather than focused on the front. I was following these treatments with a NHA toothpaste right after and put Nano-Hydroxyapatite toothpaste on problem areas (BOKA was the toothpaste I used) since I have small divots (not cavities) in areas on the side of my teeth that the staining accentuated. Figured I'd try something out and I'm very happy with the way it worked.

Pretty easy to use. Doesn't taste great tbh, but nothing too terrible. Sat and read my book while it worked, and I feel like it made a bit of progress each time I used it.

I was really surprised how quickly it has whitened my teeth. I have been using Smile Avtive for months with no change, but after 5 treatments of My Smile, it is already almost 2 shades whiter.

It's been over a month since using this product and it's a life saver. A dental assistant told me to leave it on for 30mins-1hr so that's what I do and I see a difference. Product comes with everything you need already so no need to buy anything and enough gel is provided to last for at least 3 week long treatments.
