It's loud and perfect! I honestly didn't get it for a dog, so I don't know about dog training but it's loud, attention grabbing, and easy to carry around! The metal doesn't look the best but I bought it for it's functionality so I dont mind. Overall I would recommend!

I read about the use of a clicker in training a new puppy, but was pleasantly surprised about how well this clicker worked as a training tool. The clicker works really well and the lanyard works well in conducting outside training. A great purchase!

The black plastic cord was melted on brass clicker destroying the finish. Also the brass edges are not smooth, a little sharp in the hand

I was hoping this would work because I can't get my dog to come to me while she's outside. I've heard about clickers for years. The first time I used it she stopped and looked at me, but after that she didn't react at all. If I shake the treat bag like they show on cat commercials, she comes running! She's only four months old so I'll keep working at it. Very disappointed though.

This otem is cheaply made and not loud at all. It never got my dogs attention. Clapping my hands was a better attention getter
