I've used one of the knives several times to slice raw boneless skinless chicken thighs. Very sharp works great. Love the potato peeler too. Don't drop it or use it to cut frozen or hard foods. Before, I was spending money on sharpeners for my metal knives. They were good for sharpening a few times then the abrasive wears out. I spent $20.00 on these knives and if they ever get dull I'll simply replace them. They don't have to last that long to come out cheaper than the sharpeners.

I absolutely love these knives. Just don't use on frozen food or they will break as described. So sharp please be careful.!

Sharp, sharp, sharp! And a great deal compared to forged steel. Brittle, so not designed for “whacking” or strong twisting motions. But for peeling, paring and general kitchen chores much better than sawing away with dull, inexpensive steel knives. Just use the guards and expect a long, sharp time in use.

I used the paring knife to slice a cucumber And it cracked, I used another knife to cut a cantaloupe and it broke in half I have had me two other ceremonies knifes for three years and one got a chip so I ordered these and am disappointed they are so fragile

These are not useful for most chopping and cutting. My knuckles hit the cutting board before the blade does.

What a waste of money. I'm contacting Walmart for such a poor quality. I received these knives only a few days ago. I have not cut any hard products, no ice or anything like that. Today i noticed that 2 knives have small chips on the cutting side. Unbelievable. They are very small, hardly noticeable, but they are there. I only cut apples, bread, some vegetables. No meat. And that's the quality. I'm now wondering where are those chipped tiny little pieces? Probably ended up in one of our stomachs😖 this is dangerous product
