Good cookies/so-so as delivered
I love this cookie but one of the boxes was partially open when I received it and most of the cookies were crushed. All 30 were in the box. The other box was fine.

Broken cookies
Love love these cookies and I order them alot however the only complaint I have is that just about every box I get the cookies are all broken up and we have to eat all these small pieces. I have tried calling to complain but there is no way of getting a hold of someone. Cookies are all broken up!!!!!

Broken cookies
at least half the cookies are broken. some where along the line was miss handled. shopping box did not say fragile. and there was no bubble wrap or padding in the shopping box.

Opened Boxes and Missing packs.
2 boxes our of 4 was opened and neither has the correct count of packs. it seems like someone opened the boxes and took some packs away.

Cookie Crumbs - a real disappointment - DO NOT BUY
Serious disappointment. Almost every cookie in the 60 PACKS was broken. If you want cookie crumbs -- then by all means -- purchase these. Every pack you open is a crumbled mess!! You can't take them in your lunch or anywhere because you need a bowl to pour the crumbs in or you will have a real mess. NEVER AGAIN!
