bought this for my husband for Christmas and he was home when it was delivered, which was probably a good thing because it was too heavy for me to move from the front door! he likes it and will get a lot of use out of it. and the price was very reasonable!

Very light weight for a 3 ton jack! Used it to change 4 tires on a 9000 lb camper, did EXCELLENT!!! Great item to keep for car/truck and camper!

I think that the product is awesome because it easy to use it get the job done quickly it don't take but a few pump and the car is lifted I recommend to a good buy.

What I appreciate most is being able to control the speed when letting the jack down. Some jacks will hang up, you twist with a little force, it releases and drops the vehicle quicker than intended.

My husband likes this floor hack. Quick to pump up unlike the older one he had. Low profile allows him to work on my Jetta. Seems well made. Hoping it last us a long time.

I am not a professional person with lots of information on this jack but I was having trouble getting my truck jacked up even with what was supposed to be a decent jack. I received this and my truck was in the air in 60 seconds flat. l I love it. By the way I am a 65 year old woman and this is such a help to me.

pause this few months ago I haven't had any issues with it works pretty good I did try one time to lift up my lawn mower with it and for some reason it didn't lift up but then after a few seconds later it worked fine and have a head of issue with her since but I would definitely recommend it for the price

Is this the best, most easy to use floor jack on the market? No. Was it ridiculously expensive? Also no. This is a heavily constructed beast -- once it's on the floor, you won't want to be picking up often. It rolls okay, Lifts smoothly if with somewhat more effort than more expensive units. Handle is sturdy although it does not lock into engagement with the jack, so you can't really use it to pull the jack anywhere. Nice lifting range meant it worked equally well on a lowered sports car and a tallish SUV. Has a flat rubber lifting pad which I like since I use a pinch weld puck whenever lifting a unibody vehicle. Overall decent value for the money. I got mine on Black Friday sale with free delivery, making it an even better bargain.

This product might just be defective. Anyway you look at it, product is bad. I tried to use and wouldn't tighten up enough to where the hydraulic jack would lift the car and when I was able to get valve closed enough, to where the jack would lift the auto. It would still leak off and car would lower. I had to use channel locks to turn handle to lower jack. This is a bad jack

The Jack came and the box was beat up fairly badly. There was a bag of what I assume was parts that was empty. A snap clip sat at the bottom of the box and I still haven't figured out where it goes. First time I used it, the jack slipped and caused serious damage to my vehicle. The handle doesn't lock into the jack so you can't pull it around by the handle. Not impressed so far.
