I have severe osteoporosis and my doctor wants me to ride stationary bike I try to different one and I had trouble getting on and off of it this one is so easy to get on and off and just amazing the difference and it's easy to ride I do feel like I'm getting a workout that I need to get on this bike never thought I would like one like this but I love it.

I really shopped around the internet, before deciding on this Recumbent Exercise Bike. I was looking for affordable price %26 features. It was surprisingly easy to assemble %26 the parts actually fit together! (I'm 70 with a bad back, it took 4 hours). Its very quiet %26 watching tv or listening to music while exercising passes the time quickly! The indicator panel is handy %26 has a ledge to hold a cell phone or book. The back %26 seat are a dense foam covered in vinyl. (In my opinion that is a really important "comfort" feature!! My back does not ache while using this!!) Also, its convenient to have handles on either side of the seat AND small handles up front. That gives you some options while exercising. Its so nice to exercise indoors anytime you want! I was walking, which is good exercise, but exercising indoors is safer AND comfortable!! I'm very pleased with this purchase!!

Love this product. My first time I went 30 minutes. At 71 I need to get exercise daily. I was walking 45 minutes but the heat got to me. Now when too hot or cold, I can stay inside and exercise

This is a very comfortable bike and the screen is easy to read. It was a little difficult to assemble because the directions weren't completely understandable.

Item shipped and arrived as promised. Assembly was easy and took about an hour. It would have taken less time if I used my power driver instead of the enclosed tools. Instructions were easy to follow and parts easy to identify. Two issues: my shoe size is 13 4-X wide, so stirrups on pedals are too small for my feet and my heels hit the floor when pedaling. Removed stirrups and problem solved. The heart monitor was reading double speed. I disconnected the plug and reconnected it pushing it in and out a few times. Pulse reading is now normal. I purchased bike because I had partial knee replacement 4 weeks ago and it is much easier to have one at home than to go to the gym every day. This recumbent bike is easy on the knees and much better for rehab than the upright exercise bike I purchased several years ago. The upright bike will be donated to Goodwill. I am 71, 5'10" tall, and weigh 220 lbs. and bike is perfect for my size. Seat is comfortable and adjustment is quick and simple. It doesn't take up much room and is easy to move. Bike is well built and a bargain for the price I paid.

It took me a couple of hours to put together but I was working alone and have arthritis so it would probably take less time for most people. I am an elderly woman and am unsteady on my feet. This bike is low enough that I can sit on it safely and comfortably to get some exercise. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

this is best investment I've made for myself. I'm 81 can't walk far due to health reasons. i can exercise on this and I can feel muscle increase in my legs, my lung capacity is better and my knees are less painful. would recommend for any person.

It's wonderful! Exactly what I needed at a couldn't-be-lower price. Easy to assemble and to set electronically. I have it by my bed facing the TV. Amazing!

i am a senior and the bike itself is a 5 star for my purposes. however when i checked the inventory of screws, nuts, bolts before i started i thought 12 items were missing. i spent an hour in the hardware store trying to find them. upon mh return, all the missing items had been screwed into the seat and back and display. there should be a note with the instructions to where they are.

I have a bad back and I had no trouble putting the bike together. Directions were clear. Worth the money. Tablet holder is nice. Good workout. Two cons, display needs a backlight and the seat is too hard.
