I order this item all the time. Good product but was empty when delivered. Package said it was overnighted but package and bottle dry.

I didn't like the fact that seller had opened the bottle and put plastic around the lid. No safety seal or anything. Product was either changed or watered down. I didn't get the amazing results other ppl have received. My hair is a 3b-3c so it didn't have to do a lot but it still couldn't manage to mold my hair flat. Wasted my time wrapping with this junk. I wouldn't buy from this seller again.

I ordered two and I was charged for two but only received one and the bottle wasn't full. I read the reviews and I have never had a problem ordering online until now. I have sent three messages to the seller and I haven't heard from the seller waiting on Walmart to contact me. The top for the bottle is dirty this looks like a used bottle I'm not even sure if this what they say it is.
