I've been enjoying this leather couch, it's firm which I love and also comfortable. I decided to pay for assembly due to it also being a pull out couch so I can't say if it's easy to assemble, but the professional was done in about 25 mins.

Worked perfect for our RV. The only downfall I can see is it had a plastic smell when first assembled. Surprisingly comfortable and well built.

I love this sofa! It is firm and comfortable. I love the pull out section/bed part. It is really simple to use and if you have a pet that is older, it comes out lower for them to step up and then raise it so you and your pet can lounge. I wish I could give this an extra 1/2 star because I really like the couch, but the brackets on the one end for the arm section were on backwards so I had to unscrew them and refasten. it was a simple fix.

Overall good product, good value for the price. Was hard to assembly only because one part was not built correctly in the production process. Very handy the storage feature.

Great for small spaces. Nice color. Easy to put together. The couch is not leather nor faux leather as described in the description. Its very firm. Not comfortable to me. Ok if you need something to sit on.

Package never arrived but I believe it was an issue with Fedex rather than the company. They reached back out to me really fast and resolved the issue.

OJ Commerce is a terrible seller. If you cancel your order, they make you pay for the shipping. They said it is written in the policy, but there is no clear mention of that in the policy. Customer service is also very poor with untrained staff. They were not helpful at all. The package itself was also damaged, and the couch was not in good shape. I DO NOT recommend the seller.

I bought now and pay later but for one reason or another there's a mistake where the took the money straight from my account and I contacted the seller at 6 am. I contacted Walmart at 7 am and Walmart customer service said they emailed the seller to refund me. Around 9 am the seller emailed me saying that the were sorry for the situation and they were working on it then around 8 pm he shipped the item. I don't receive anything yet but they sent me a message that it arrived where I still waiting for my refund and Walmart told me 24hrs which already passed and I don't receive it yet
