The assembly took longer than expected by the professional.
This bed is a good value for the money it cost. It was easy to put together. I had no problems at all assembling it. I'm a 5'10" 160lb male and its perfect for me. It's an average queen sized bed. The lights are nice and comes with a remote and app to use them. i don't really use them much but they are nice to use with that special someone!
I like the bed design the storage space nd the fact that it has the LES lights. What I'm concern about is the wood frames. Im over 200 lbs.... I'm losing weight, but wood frames are a concern to me.
My headboard was received with black spots on white headboard, however there is no way to get only a headboard replacement. A Walmart associate did help me with a discount I appreciate, but it is really difficult to return such a heavy large package for a total refund. There should be a way to replace parts without returning the whole bed.
I received the package opoen in my house and I don't receive the convertisor for making turn on the light in the front of the bed. I am not satisfied the order
bed is flimsy and weak. especially the board slats under mattress. not worth $214. i saw it cheaper elsewhere for $139 after i purchase it. probably just throw it in the trash as its not worth my time boxing it up for a return
The legs came broken. I am trying to contact them for replacement but idk how
