Zinus Spa Sensations Serenity 8" Memory Foam Mattress, Twin

I bought this mattress for someone with a severe musculoskeletal disorder that causes pain and discomfort. This mattress is great. Before they did not want to sleep in their bed because they said it was so uncomfortable. I didn’t even get rid of the previous mattress as it was brand new I simply opened this one up and put it right on top of the other mattress and he was so happy with it. Now I have my couch back so it’s a win win.

I didn't think I would like a bed in a box, but this one surprised me. I have a bad back and this doesn't hurt my back like my other bed did. I would say it's medium firm. I sleep on my side mostly and it gives me the best sleep I've had in a while. I've actually dreamt the last few days I've had it and I haven't had a dream in so long! I feel like that's testimony in itself!

i have owned this bed for about a week, and it's so nice. I'm sleeping on the floor right now but i got plans to go the extra mile and buy a second one of these, i like it that much. honestly yall, buy this instead of an air mattress. i know it's expensive compared to a blow up bed, but this really is a good investment

We have bought these for all bedrooms in house (and for kids in college, too). Though there are some that are less expensive, I have found they are far less quality. This mattress is an excellent value and will only buy these moving forward. They increase to given size and are super comfortable.

This mattress is VERY firm. I didn't want a soft mattress by any means. But I ordered a medium and feel like I got firm. Maybe it takes time to soften up a bit? Not sure, but wow. Pretty hard. Other than it feeling too firm for me, it looks and feels like a quality mattress for sure. Good deal for the money.

BEWARE!! delivery was a scam. this item was never delivered to my home. walmart driver took a deliverately closeup picture of the label when they claimed to have dropped it off. called cust. svc. to inform them and they advised that this holiday season theres a pattern of this behavior. be careful. the driver had my.phone number and clearly never called either. they clearly stole the item.

I waited 4 days before returning the mattress. It looked nothing liked the picture. The box says 12 inches, but it measured at best 10 inches. If you decide to return it, be sure to hang on to the box. Walmart told me they wouldn’t refund my money unless I provided the box that it came in.

This mattress was terribly uncomfortable. My wife and I owned a spac sensations from ten years ago that was amazing. This is not the same mattress. Within ten minutes of lying down, it feels like you’re stuck in a hole. You sink into the mattress and then have to roll out of it to turn over. I asked for a refund a wal mart had me choose a four hour window mid day to need to be home for the pickup. After taking half a day off work no one showed up or called for the pickup. I called customer service and complained I had taken work off for nothing and can’t return a king size mattress without a truck rental. They rescheduled and assured someone would show up. No one did. Called again and asked for a return without pick up as I can’t keep taking work off. They assured the thirds times the charm and changed the pickup store. For a third time no one showed up to get the mattress. Borrowed a friends truck. Drove it to the store, had to wait a half hour for someone to bring a push cart for me to unload it onto. Then watched them wheelbarrow it across the store barely fitting through the aisles. Worst return experience and product I’ve ever had.

Not overly impressed with this mattress. We replaced the RV mattress that comes with the RV into this one. This really didn’t do much better. It has caused us tossing and turning. Sleepless nights and waking up with Hip , back and neck pain, etc. Hard as a rock to sleep on. No relief. I was hoping it would soften up after a some weeks. It did not. I would not recommend this product.

Can't sleep on this another week. I've visited my chiropractor more this month since I got this new bed than all year. You settle into the mattress and then if you toss and turn which I do. Then it leaves a huge.body dent where you were. Takes a while for it to fill back in. Woke up with sore back and neck every single day. Climbing out of my pit I slept in like a pig all night 🫣😜 You sit on edge and sink right off onto the floor. Once you settle to the “bottom” you just sit in this hard hole. Not a great mattress for anyone.
