The mattress is incredible and just right in every way. It exhibits exactly the same as described. The delivery was done very quickly. After removing the plastic cover, I tore open the box and took out the mattress. After 24 hours, the mattress had swelled to a size of 10 inches. I allowed a further 12 hours for it to expand totally. This is an exceptionally comfy bed, on which I enjoyed a really restful night's sleep. I am glad that I decided to go with this mattress. I looked at many memory foam beds online and chose the NapQueen 14". The matters came earlier than the original date. The box is somewhat heavy so make sure to have someone there than can lift a heavy awkward-shaped box. The mattress is easy to pull out of the box with two people but maybe a little difficult by yourself. You'll need scissors or a razor knife to cut the plastic from the flat mattress. Make sure to have either of them on hand when ready to cut the plastic, because the mattress will expand very quickly. My mattress expanded to 12" in a matter of seconds. After an hour it is at 13". The mattress is just a little firmer than I prefer, but I feel it supports my body well. I am hoping that over time it will become a little softer but it is comfortable to sleep on right now. It is of very nice quality in my opinion. There is a very slight new smell to it but not overwhelming at all. I chose this mattress to put on an adjustable frame I have and it works well. I can raise and lower the mattress with no issue. There are no clumps, or bulky spots and the corners of the bed are filling in very nicely. You can zip off the topper and wash it, which is a nice feature. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If you like a really soft bed, I wouldn't recommend this particular mattress. It is as described, a medium firmness.

Bought for my 19yr old son for Christmas, so far feels very comfortable and looks like a really nice mattress but he hasn't had a chance to sleep on it yet. We are still waiting for the mattress to inflate. Shipping was fast, box came damaged but the mattress looks to be in great shape. Gave it 4 stars due to very damaged packing/box

Does not meet the requirements stated in ad. It is like sleeping on a cardboard box and it does give way when you lay on it or sit. It does not come right back to form

I put my mattress up last night and let it sit for 24 hours. The middle of the bed expended to its full size but around the edges still haven't expended to the full size.

Horrible delivery. My mattress came 6 days late, and the box was ripped and taped back up. I do not recommend. You will not receive in the timeframe you want, and it will come basically destroyed.
