The ONLY melatonin that naturally puts me to sleep and most importantly keeps me asleep. I genuinely look forward to falling asleep again knowing I have this to help & it’s so YUMMY I have to remind myself to only take it before bed!!

I got these gummies by mistake a while back instead of the ones that melt in your mouth so I used them and I really liked them. I ordered more the other day because I was almost out of them and the ones I received were so gross! They were big and not sticky or chewy at all. They were hard but also soft when you bit into them. It was so gross. I was hoping it wasn't a new kind because sometimes companies change ingredients or the look and it makes them taste different. So I got a refund for those and ordered another and thankfully the new ones were good. The other one was definitely a bad batch or maybe it was the packaging. Anyway, these are tasty and they work good. No morning grogginess. I had no bad side effects and I would recommend to anyone who likes gummy vitamins who need help falling asleep once in a while. The picture I uploaded is just to show you the difference between the good ones and the disgusting ones. They are supposed to look like the ones on the left. The ones on the right were bad and really gross. I can't say how gross they were enough.

Use to calm my 3 year old great grandson for bed time. He is very hyper and this really helps. He loves these a nd I have no problem with him taking one.

It does seem to help me fall asleep I have trouble falling asleep and I believe it is because I am on medical marijuana because I have a benign brain tumor causing petite mal seizures but I could be wrong.

This was my third try at Melatonin sleep aids. The first two attempts were Melatonin products with 1mg and 2mg. Both of the previous products took longer to fall asleep and only kept me asleep for a few hours. One of the products caused headaches. The Natrol Strawberry Gummies are the right dosage for me at 5mg. I fall asleep fast and sleep soundly for a solid 5-6 hours. Taste is pretty fruity and the gummies aren't much bigger in size than a frozen pea. Easy to swallow or chew. Next morning I feel rested without the "fog head" some sleep aids containing Diphenhydramine can cause. You may need to experiment with the right dosage of Melatonin for you. Everyone is different. Higher dosages can cause nightmares in some.

I have been using these for a while now to help me fall asleep and to stay asleep. A serving size is 2 chews. These do come in a gummy form. They are not super chewy and don't get stuck in my teeth. The package says the flavor is strawberry. In a blind test I am not sure I would ever have guessed the flavor to be strawberry but they are quite tasty. I would recommend keeping out of reach of younger kids who may think it is candy. The package also says it is non habit forming. I do not agree with this as I now find it more difficult to fall asleep at night without taking this. I would also suggest not taking until you are ready to lay down. I am usually so sleepy I can't stay awake within 20 minutes of taking this. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble falling asleep. Also, be sure to read the ingredients and instructions because it can interact with other medications. You aren't suppose to take these with other medications that can make you sleepy. The bottle is shorter and a bit larger square than most medicine bottles. The lid screws off and on easily and does not come off if you accidentally drop it. So you don't have to worry about the contents being spilled.

Tastes great. Good value. Using the 5 mg helps to gradually increase, if needed to help you sleep.

I ordered 10 milligrams not 5. Also on the order I wrote the substitute would be another 10 milligrams. I checked and you charged me the same amount from r both. Why it's twice as much. Now I have to double up and have to buy another one in 15 days instead of 30.

Never received this item with my order and I'm supposed to receive a refund n still haven't
