So many different vitamins are huge tablets and difficult to swallow but this is perfect. There are so many health benefits to taking vitamin B 12, too many to list quite frankly. I love that this is a very good solution to including in your diet and enhancing well being. It also has a very mild lemon flavor so it has a good flavor as well. Overall recommend!!

But I know the health benefits of this supplement, so a good one to regularly take. The pills are easy to ingest, as they are chewable and don't taste bad.

The tablet isn't super grainy or chalky and it's easy to chew. The bottle is easy to open. I feel like I have had better results with having more energy while taking these than I have had with some other B-12 supplements. I have had good results from other Natrol brand supplements and would definitely buy these again- especially at this price point.
