Really shocked and delighted at how well this particular pulling oil works and how easy it is to use! I had tried a few others but could not stand the awful taste yuk! So I had low expectations for this one…but much to my surprise NATRUVEDA advanced pulling oil made with 100% natural virgin coconut oil actually TASTES GREAT, super easy to use, and after the first week of using it 3 times (every other day) my teeth are visibly whiter, gums healthier, and no more tooth ache. Really really pleased with this product plus as a bonus it comes with a good quality tongue scraper. I highly recommend this one!

This tastes like it should. Not strong, and not bad, it also doesn't leave an aftertaste in my mouth or on my tongue. Using this helps draw out any bad bacteria that causes bad breath or even cavities. This should be used by everyone who desires a healthy mouth. 😁

I really love finding natural ways to take care of my teeth and and sensitive gums, and this one checked all the boxes for me. The formula feels clean and gentle, but still effective. After using it consistently, my mouth feels fresher, my breath lasts longer, and my teeth look a bit brighter without any harsh or overpowering ingredients and I will add this to my oral care routine! The tongue scraper was such a nice bonus — I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do, but it really makes a difference in overall freshness. The taste is pleasant (not too strong or artificial), which makes it easy to stick with daily. Overall, this feels like a simple, natural upgrade to my routine and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re trying to be more mindful about what you use.

I expected the taste to be horrid, but it is close to salad dressing in flavor. This is my first time trying Oil Pulling. They say don't swallow it, but I found myself swallowing small amounts. So I kept it to 5 minutes to start. And I have a water bottle close by to spit the oil into. So I expect to get used to it and use it regularly. Mine came with a toothpaste sample.

I have discovered that this process is not for me. However, I can’t mark it down because I personally can’t accommodate or tolerate the process! It’s smells great both the oil and the toothpaste. The price seems more than affordable based on other brands as well. It’s well packaged as well.

Tasted excellent. Almost forgot and spit it down the drain, don't do that with coconut oil. Toothpaste tasted great. Will see how it works in the long run.

I actually love this pulling oil and recently switched from Guru Nanda. Guru nanda starting adding stevia to the ingredients and something feels very wrong with swishing sugar around in your mouth for mins at a time! The taste of the Natruveda is great for all natural ingredients! They even use virgin coconut oil instead of the MCT coconut oil that Guru Nanda uses. Thanks for a great product I feel good about using!

I wanted to try oil pulling and chose this one because it’s marketed more like a mouthwash instead of just straight oil. I also like that it uses virgin coconut oil, since that’s what I already use in my kitchen. Must-haves for me are natural ingredients that are fluoride-free and alcohol-free. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and have noticed fresher breath. I could only manage about 5 minutes at first, and now I’m up to around 8 minutes—my mouth gets tired. I usually use it while doing something else so I’m not focused on the time. One tip: I spit it in the trash instead of the sink since I don’t want to risk clogging pipes or affecting our septic. I also tried their toothpaste sample, mainly because it’s SLS-free, and ended up sticking with it because it’s smooth and tastes good. The appearance threw me off at first since I’ve never used a more natural toothpaste before, but it works well.

A friend at work uses and loves pulling oil. This is my first time. Okay. I really like the smell. This would make an excellent scented for a candle. I like the taste fine. Not love. The directions say to swish for 5-15 minutes. I made it about 8 minutes, my daughter about 6 minutes, and my son 3 minutes. We all agree that the taste is fine, but we all have different opinions about it thickening up while swishing. Daughter and I didn’t mind it, son did. Every time I swish, I am going to try for a longer time to get the full benefits. My breath does feel cleaner. I like the seller and that this is a small business. If you are going to try pulling oil, this is a great company to buy it from. I recommend and I think I am going to like more and more as I continue to swish.

Tooth aches went away since the oil pulls out harmful bacteria that cause cavities and plaque! I was looking for natural ways to keep gums and teeth white and healthy! This oil pulling also keeps your breath fresh and it comes with a small natural herbal toothpaste to try! I actually like the herbal toothpaste and will consider buying it also since it doesn’t have fluoride in it.
