Naturade Total Soy Vanilla Shake, 19.1 oz.

I have loved this product for years now! It did come in vanilla and chocolate. For some reason you can no longer find it and this canister was about 3 times the usual price and half the size. WHY? I REALLY HOPE THEY BRING IT BACK. IT'S GREAT TO MAKE SMOOTHIES IN THE A.M. BY ADDING FROZEN FRUIT AND EITHER WATER. JUICE OR SKIM MILK...if you are trying to slim down and need a great healthy energy drink that's good for you. It's also great for the Family or even picky kids...to get healthy things inside while it tastes great and is fun. God Bless!

I got this because it was fairly cheap, and I had been wanting to try a meal replacement protein shake of the sort so that I would keep up with eating breakfast. It has been working out great! I remember to have breakfast now with this shake, and they're delicious on their own or with added flavor! Sometimes I add one cup of ice to make it like a smoothie. !!

This is an absolutely fantastic meal supplement! I work a swing or a grave shift and sandwiches were just not getting it as they were putting on so much weight. I can make up a shake with the Total Soy, add some fruit for fiber and it carries me through the evening or night with the energy I need without putting the weight on. I was not able to get this at the store, so found it on line. I was so impressed I ordered two of the 19.5 oz size.

I was in the market for a protein powder that blends well, taste good, and fits my budget. I picked up Total Soy because of the price! It was under $10! Then I reviewed the nutrition facts which include 13g of protein plus a list of vitamins and its lactose free. So far, 2 for 2! The last deciding factor was the calories. Two scoops is only 130 calories! Now the test...I add the scoops to water and frozen fruit. To my surprise, my protein smoothie was delicious! The powder blends well, taste great and is affordable!

Have been drinking this product for years already, can tell you that it definitely can replace a meal with it.

I just started taking this product on yesterday.So far I notice decrease appetite.The vanilla tastes absolutely delicious.Can wait to see results in a couple of weeks

I mixed this protein powder with a little milk and frozen blueberries for an excellent frozen treat! Even my teens will eat it! The powder mixes well with smoothies as well. We tried the vanilla flavor and were not disappointed.

I absolutely love this protien shake .It could be more affordable.

Most times I add fruit and you taste the fruit and not the vanilla but it is good without the fruit as well. I am a "fussy" eater and I liked this. It is not chalky even when made with water. I didn't usually have breakfast before buying this and then I was really hungry at lunch. Now, I fell I can eat a small lunch.

*It Makes you really gassy ! * Not the best flavor I suggest mixing it with milk substitutes ( soy,almond, lactose free, etc) add less liquid than recommended because the more diluted it is the flavor is lost and just tastes like baby formula. I personally prefer to have it a little thick so the flavor is preserved and I feel more full after drinking it. * It mixes really easy ++ * Helps suppress apatite
