These oregano soft gels are easy to swallow and do not seem to affect my stomach like others do. I don't have any oregano burps, but I am taking them after dinner on a full stomach so I'm not sure how they'd affect someone on an empty stomach. I take these, plus elderberry gummies to support my immune system as I work with small children and they don't know how to cover coughs and sneezes yet. I will continue buying this product.
