This is the only kind and brand of GABA I take. Pharma GABA was recommended to me by a naturopath, for helping with sleep when I was dealing with severe insomnia. I have gotten other Natural Factors supplements and have always been pleased with them.

I finally found a good mix to help me sleep. I've been struggling with sleep for over a year. Did a sleep study, and it was non-conclusive. I would only sleep for about 4 hrs, and it was non-restorative. After taking Pharma Gaba, coffea cruda and midnite back to sleep, my sleep issues have been resolved. The first day taking it, I slept for 12 hrs, and my body was so exhausted. I feel so much better now, and this mix will be my go-to from here on out.

This product has worked for me. I added one Pharmagaba (100 mg) to the two magnesium threonates and theanine I currently take at night. It has helped me fall asleep faster. I can't compare the quality, as I haven't tried any others. The value of this product is great. I would recommend.

The product is fine, for whatever reason they put labels all over the bottle which obscured nearly all of the name on the front, all of the ingredients, and very nearly the dosage information. stupid people not paying attention. This is not a cheap product, Id expect better.
